What is your wedding photography style ?
Our Essex wedding photography style is natural, candid and documentary (also known as reportage). We capture your day as it unfolds, from bridal preparations, through the ceremony, and into the evening celebrations.

Do you travel for weddings outside of Essex ?
We are wedding photographers based in Braintree, Essex, covering Essex, Suffolk, Hertfordshire, Cambridgeshire and London. We also travel across the UK and beyond, we’ve photographed weddings in Cornwall, Cheshire and Ireland. Travel costs are discussed at booking.
How long is your wedding photography coverage ?
Wedding photography coverage is flexible. We can:

How many wedding photos will we receive ?
We don’t limit the number of images. For a full-day wedding, you can expect 500–1,000 fully edited photographs, depending on the length and style of your celebration.
Will we get colour and black and white wedding photos ?
Yes. We photograph in colour and carefully edit some images into black & white where it enhances the emotion. If you’d prefer all colour or all black & white photos, just let us know.
Do we get printing rights for our wedding photos ?
Yes. With your USB you receive a copyright release allowing you to print and share your photos freely. We remain the copyright holder but you have unlimited personal usage rights.
What is your online wedding gallery ?
Your online gallery allows you and your guests to:

This gallery can be password protected if you so choose to limit access
Do you offer engagement or pre-wedding photo shoots ?
Yes ! Engagement shoots are available in Essex and beyond.

Can we give you a list of wedding photos to take ?
Yes, we welcome photo lists for family groups. To help the day run smoothly, please nominate someone who knows both families to gather guests for group shots.
Do you have professional insurance for wedding photography ?
Yes. We carry both professional indemnity insurance and public liability insurance, and can provide copies to your venue on request.
What is your wedding photography payment schedule ?

£250 non-refundable booking fee to secure your date on all collections or

Remaining balance due 2 weeks before your wedding
Is the wedding booking fee refundable if we cancel ?
In most cases, no. The deposit covers admin, meetings, and secures your wedding date exclusively for you.
Will you stay if our wedding runs late ?
Yes. We always allow flexibility, as we know wedding days don’t always run to schedule. And this is another reason we only ever have one booking per day.
Can guests take their own photos at our wedding ?
Yes, of course. We just ask that they don’t block us during important moments. During your private portrait session, we prefer no distractions for the best results.
What happens if it rains on our wedding day ?
We always plan for the British weather! Options include:

Our pre-wedding venue visit allows us to prepare a rainy-day backup plan.

Do you offer a second wedding photographer ?
With us, a second wedding photographer is included by standard as we are a husband and wife photography team.
How long does it take to receive our wedding photos ?
Your full online gallery and USB are usually delivered within 6–8 weeks after your wedding day. Often quicker depending on how busy we and our suppliers are.
Do you photograph same-sex weddings ?
Absolutely. We are proud to capture love in all its forms.
